Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days after purchase.
During limited releases, launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, shipping times are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Saltywear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at ravproductions+saltywear@gmail.com and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Saltywear is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

International Orders
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
